New to Meditation? Or do you want to hone in on your personal practice? This 1 day intensive course will outline how and what basic meditation is, and also how it applies to your everyday life. Focusing on emotions, mental clarity, proper posture and calming the chaos in the mind. We will spend the day discussing and practicing different modalities to better understand meditation and mindfulness.
