Experience the blend of activity and relaxation with our Flow and Restore yoga class. This 60-minute session is perfect for all levels, offering the energizing benefits of Vinyasa flow and the soothing effects of restorative yoga to create harmony. 

For the first 30 minutes, engage in Vinyasa sequences that connect your breath with fluid movements, building warmth and enhancing flexibility, strength, and vitality. This flowing practice sharpens focus and cultivates a mindful awareness of the present. The next half of the class is dedicated to restorative yoga, where you'll relax into deeply calming poses with the support of props for 30 minutes. This gentle approach encourages the release of stress and activation of the body's restorative processes, providing a peaceful counterpoint to life's busy lifestyle. 

Nourish your body, ease your mind, and achieve a balanced state of well-being. Leave feeling tension-free, mentally clear, and deeply connected with your inner self.
